Shipping policy

FREE US Shipping: All U.S. orders over $75 ship for FREE with USPS

Allow up to 5-10 business days for processing. All orders ship via USPS. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 10 days and packages are not insured. We cannot ship to a PO Boxes. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers. 

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade to priority mail shipping. 


You may upgrade to Priority Mail with package Insurance for up to $15.00. These packages are processed the same day if order is placed before 12:00 PM CST. These packages should arrive in 2-3 business days from USPS, but delivery times are not guaranteed. 



Orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouse in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi within 5-10 business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. 


We currently do not ship internationally.

We ship to all 48 contiguous states. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally. 

We ask for 5 - 10 days for processing and shipping but we strive to get your order our as quickly as possible in most cases we get them out the same day! 

Returns and exchanges


We want to be sure you’re satisfied with every purchase from Sage Clothing, so we offer no-hassle easy returns! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please let us know so we can make it right! Read our return policy carefully to proceed with your return. All returns will be for store credit only. 

All return packages must be received within 14 days of the date of original purchase. Please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package. Refunds will be issued in the form of a Sage Clothing gift card which can be used online or in stores. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed, and the amount of credit that has been applied to your account.Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.Exchanges can be made for any qualifying item in our stores. We do not accept returns on jewelry, purses, or sale & clearance items.

You cannot return or exchange if:

 It has been more than 14 days since the original purchase date. If your purchase was on clearance or sale. If the items you ordered are not in their original unwashed, unworn, & smoke-free condition. If the original tags are not attached. Sage Clothing will reject any returns or exchanges if the above criteria is not met.  

Items returned not in compliance with our return policy will be charged a 25% restocking fee. 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you would like we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label, but the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.  No cash, or credit card refunds will be given. All refunds are given in the form of a Sage Clothing gift card that can be used in store or online. 

Any orders/items returned not in compliance with our return policy will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
